When you place an order through this website (www.jordanperera.com) We require your name, email and credit card details in order to process and fulfil your order successfully.

By using our website, you agree that Jordan Perera may collect and utilise your personal information.

We use a secure server. The secure server (SSL) encrypts all the information you put before it will be sent to us. All our customer data we collect is protected by numerous layers of encryption and security to prevent prohibited access. Credit card payments are directly through SSL encryption software to ensure that your personal details are kept safe and secure.

Our payment gateway manages all credit card transactions safely and securely. Jordan Perera does not store any credit card information on our servers.

“Cookies” are little data files stored on your computers hard drive by your browser. There are no personally identifying information stored in our cookies. Most web browsers accept cookies by default, but you can usually change your browser to enable cookies, as you will need cookies to be enabled to use Jordan Perera website.

 DELIVERY POLICY

Once you place the order. Your order constitutes an offer for us to purchase the products. After receiving the order, we will send you an email confirming that we have received your order. The customer is responsible for import duties, taxes and duties.

After placing an order, as long as the delivery address does not comply with the delivery restrictions on the website, it will be shipped to the address specified by the buyer.

All purchases made on this website are made under the terms of a shipment contract. We are not liable for any lost or damaged shipments as the delivery of your shipment is the carriers duties.

CANCEL ORDER POLICY

Unfortunately we can not accept cancellations if the order has already been shipped out. If you would like to check if it is possible to cancel your order please contact us using the contact form and please include:

  REFUND POLICY

Once we have received the item, we will inspect and notify you that we have received your returned item. If we approve your return, we will initiate a refund to your credit card that is your original method of payment. The duration of your refund will be depending on your card issuers policies. We have the right to cancel orders if it abuses our terms and conditions.

 

RETURNS/ EXCHANGE POLICY

If you have received the correct order but you wish to return them then, you must request a return within 14 days of receiving the item/s. They must be returned in the same condition as you received them in the original condition. It must have tags on without been worn, washed and undamaged. You must include everything that was included in the packaging. We will give full refund of the item/s.

Please contact us to request a return.

Once your return has been approved, please print and fill out the returns form and place it in the box.

Once we have received it, we will assess the item/s before proceeding refunds.

All shipping costs are to be covered by the customer, unless stated otherwise.

We currently do not do exchanges, you will need to proceed with returns process and place a new order.
